Orders placed at www.tersabodycare.com will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. Orders placed after 1pm (AST) will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. You can access your order status and history anytime by signing into your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase. Once your order is submitted you shall receive an invoice providing your purchase invoice.

The products of Tersa® Body Care are handmade and are 100% natural, so they tend to have variations from one batch to another (for example, slight changes in color). Please always keep this detail in mind.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any factory damaged or manufacture issue items, provided they are reported within 24 hours of order delivery.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. We use the USPS Flat Rate shipping method. We choose the lowest cost of shipping and maintain the quality and security of the product’s delivery. Business days are: Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
